About Us
Growing up as a young girl, Dani Page has always had a love for nature and agriculture. She graduated from the Illustrious University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in the Spring of 2020 where she received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business. Her mother and father both made sure they instilled a spirit of community outreach and entrepreneurship within her.
The name Omi Haze Farms derives from 3 generations back. It is a combination of her great grandmother’s middle name and her grandfather’s middle name.
Her Great Grandmother Dorotha Naomi Page McWilliams was a grass roots activist within the Memphis, Tennessee community. She was a businesswoman, homemaker, hairdresser and also taught ceramic pottery classes.
Her grandfather “Papa” Willie Haze King was a farmer in the Arkansas Delta and made a living selling his fresh produce at local farmers markets. Although he only had an 8th grade education, he was an intelligent businessman, successful husband and father that helped raised a family of 8.
